This morning (Thursday 26 September) Canberra’s latest café threw open its doors to the public. With so much Spring optimism running through the streets of Canberra as we emerge from another Winter, it’s the perfect time to launch a new business.
And so, with great energy, a brand new Mini convertible and over-caffeinated staff primed at the ready, Mini Bar – a new part of Digress Restaurant – welcomed customers from 7.00am. The great news is that today and tomorrow the coffee is free courtesy of Canberra’s own Cosmorex.
They’re open all day for coffee (and some wonderfully intriguing Tandoori focaccia’s and Butter Chicken pies) and tonight will morph into a cocktail bar. Certainly you can never claim Digress Restaurant and Mini Bar of being boring!
