There’s plenty going on at the markets this weekend to get you, your family and your friends prepared for the weekend. Saturday is the big day, with plenty of activities for the kids. From 10.30am Kids Pantry is hosting a cooking class in the Market Kitchen where participants will walk away with their very own Hot Cross Muffins and Market Kitchen aprons.
Other activities throughout the day include face-painting (from 11.00am until 12.00pm) and everybody’s favourite: The Easter Egg Hunt. Taking place from 12.30pm – 12.45pm, you can expect energy levels to reach fever pitch in a diminutive display of frenzied foraging for chocolate treats. Sadly, you have to be under 16 to participate, but everyone is welcome to watch the ensuing excitement.
