High Jinks x Joadja Distillery Gin Affair – Thursday 22 July

For all you gin enthusiasts, join in a tasting experience with family owned Joadja Distillery in NSW at High Jinks. Hosted by Joadja’s Ambassador, hear a bit of the history of the town and distillery. For drinks, enjoy a classic G&T with the Joadja dry gin and get a taste of four gins plus a brandy and whisky, along with a meat and cheese platter. You’ll also get the chance to jump behind the bar and make your own cocktail from Joadja’s signature menu. Then to take home, a bottle of Pedro Ximenez Sherry.

Taking guests through the masterclass is French Sommelier Freddie Raimbaud, who will talk all things wine, from different soils to the diversity and uniqueness of grapes in the region.
