The 2012 Canberra and Region Heritage Festival celebrates ‘innovation’ this year.

Held from Saturday 14th April to Sunday 29th April 2012, this year’s festival is geared up to be the biggest one yet.

Celebrate the lead up to Canberra’s 100th birthday.
From the ingenuity of Aboriginal Australians and their deep knowledge of the land; to examples of resourceful ‘make do’ in hard times; to the creative use of heritage places in the 21st century—the festival celebrates innovation through our heritage past, present and future.

There are a range of activities held at various regions throughout Canberra, from Tidbinbilla to Questacon.
