LOW FREQZ aims to showcase quality electronic music from around the globe to open-minded Canberra audiences, with a strong emphasis on bass and beats. The night will pioneer both new and classic music from a number of sub-bass oriented genres, including (but not strictly limited to) Dubstep, Grime, UK Funky, Future Garage, D’n’B, Hip-Hop, IDM, Glitch as well some proper woknky beats.

Delivering the music will be resident DJs both experienced and fresh D’OPUS, JEMIST, FAUX REAL and CED NADA (aka Roshambo).

ARIA award winners, The Temper Trap have been announced as the final piece of the Foreshore line up.

The Temper Trap have developed a fearsome live reputation which has seen them play to massive sold‐out crowds across the world. Their Platinum selling debut album Conditions, which features smash hit singles Sweet Disposition and Love Lost has earned the band huge critical acclaim and cemented them as the one of 2010’s hottest bands!

Soundtrap returns this month with it’s first international guest direct from London, Pablo Cahn (Cadenza, 8bit). With residencies at Ibiza’s Zoo Project and London’s LikeThat parties, regular international performances in leading clubs and events, and releases in top labels Cadenza and 8Bit, Pablo Cahn is quickly establishing himself as one of the most exciting young talents to have arisen in recent years.
