Flint in the Vines
Flint in the Vines resides on the Shaw Vineyard Estate, a boutique vineyard established in 1998 on ‘Olleyville’ a historic property located in the heart of the Canberra wine region.
Flint in the Vines is the sister restaurant to Flint Dining Room & Bar in Canberra City. Headed by Sommelier Jai Dawson and Executive Chef Grant Kells Flint in the Vines aims to showcase some of the local produce to provide affordable, simple, seasonal food.
With a cosy fireplace in the restaurant for those winter months and a beautiful outdoor terrace with live music in the warmer months, Flint in the Vines is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner.
Flint in the Vines caters for weddings, functions and other celebrations. It offers a range of fantastic events including Shakespeare in the Vines, Easter egg hunts for the children, wine dinners, trivia nights and much more.
