Kids Holiday Yoga/Art Workshop – Friday 29

Drop your kids off for a fun 3-hour workshop with the Tilda Yoga team in Milton that will focus on how we are linked to nature. During the workshop, they will learn how to move their bodies in a primitive way with yoga poses that replicate nature, and later they will have the chance to use clay to create scenes of the bush or beach habitats and all the fantastic creatures that live amongst it.
