QT Canberra: An Evening with the Sommelier and the Chef

Hosted by Group Wine Director for QT Hotels, Chris Morrison, and Executive Chef at Capitol Bar & Grill, Josh Smith-Thirkell, guests will be taken on a five-course journey, with a local and international wine pairing for each course. The event will be a long table interactive wine and dining experience to celebrate and explore the origin, providence and seasonality of the Canberra wine district – there is a new generation of winemakers, making their mark and putting Canberra on the map, take a sip.
