New summer menu at First Edition

Our favourite dishes at First Edition Canberra have been given a fresh update with the recent launch of an all new summer menu that places the spotlight on seasonal ingredients. For those looking to dip their toes in the capital’s diverse dining scene, First Edition is the perfect first stop – especially when the dishes are accompanied by local wines and fresh and signature gin cocktails!

For Executive head chef Jennie Tressler, created this menu to reflect her vision of summer, from “seasonal produce to fresh seafood”. Humble ingredients such as spicy rocket and juicy cherries are transformed into the hero of a First Edition dish.
