‘Light Up Lyneham’ is a free community celebration of visual arts, music, and the creativity and spirit of our community. A stunning range of vibrant performing artists will be bringing joy and dazzle to the night, including a Magician, Canberra’s own Drag King: Guy Alias, Stilt walkers, Choirs, Sea Shanties, and a range of lively local musical acts. Local community stalls will be selling yummy treats, hot soups and curries, sausage sizzles, mulled wine and local art and crafts. At sunset there will be a Lantern Walk to the Lyneham wetlands, led by Canberra Prosperous Mountain Lion and Dragon dance group.
