Join Braddon Merchant for their next wine dinner event in partnership with local Lark Hill Winery on Thursday 23 March.
In an intimate evening of food and wine, second-generation winemaker of Lark Hill, Chris Carpenter will take diners through their biodynamic, sustainable and organic approach to winemaking alongside a five-course dinner, courtesy of Braddon Merchant. Featuring five regionally inspired courses, the menu has been carefully paired with each of the acclaimed wines.
The event commences at 6:30pm. Seats are strictly limited.
