On Saturday night, Canberra’s musical glitterati gathered to celebrate the local scene, recognise the up-and-coming talent that this city seems to produce in unusually high numbers, and pay respect to the veterans of venues and backstage support that make the whole thing tick.

The Albert Hall was the venue, and for the second year running the place looked fantastic. It’s great to see such an eclectic bunch of dedicated music lovers pulling together to create a friendly, fun and focussed evening.
