Hecho En Mexico opens its second Canberra venue today, following its Kingston location, bringing its colourful Mexican menu and well-stocked bar to Bunda Street.
A Space Made for Sharing
Taking over the former Fonda site, the new venue gives Hecho En Mexico a spacious new home right in the middle of Civic.
The relaxed Mexican cocina and cocktail bar has plenty of room for family, friends and workmates, whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch, settling in for dinner or kicking off the evening with a round of drinks.
Nachos, Tacos, and Plenty of Tequila
The menu keeps things broad, with tacos, burritos, nachos and other Mexican favourites alongside fresh salsas and guacamole made in-house. There are also vegan and gluten-free options across the wider menu.
Margaritas are also a big part of the Hecho En Mexico experience, backed up by cocktails, sangria, beer, wine, mocktails and, naturally, plenty of tequila.
