It’s hard to believe we’ve been squeezing our cars into parallel spots on Mort Street for more than a decade to grab a pint of Crankshaft. Since 2014, Canberra’s own BentSpoke has been keeping Canberra well refreshed. Now, they’re raising a glass to 12 years with a winter birthday bash on Friday 5 June…. and you’re invited.
Free Cake, Live Tunes, and a Fresh Birthday Brew
The doors open at 11am for the lunchtime crowd, but the party properly kicks off from 4pm. Expect plenty of BentSpoke on tap, birthday cake, canapés and custom cocktails if you feel like switching things up.
Local favourite Ben Drysdale will be taking care of the soundtrack from 5pm, and the brewers have created a limited-edition birthday beer that will be pouring all day. It’s a fresh birthday drop, and once the kegs run dry, that’s it.
