Indulge your sweet tooth and immerse yourself in the luxurious world of chocolate at Koko Black’s Winter Evenings of Chocolate.

Now an annual event, this year’s program invites chocolate lovers to become truly immersed in this magical food, with an exciting range of sessions including ‘Chocolate Immersion’ and ‘Dessert Degustation’.

At the Chocolate Immersion sessions ($55 pp), explore the art of chocolate making and introduce yourself to the world of cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and the origins of the cacao tree. Discover how artisan enrobed and moulded chocolates are made and the techniques required to achieve that melt in the mouth experience.

Chocolate Immersion sessions are on Tuesday 9th August, at 6pm and 8.30pm.

The Dessert Degustation ($65 pp) will take guests on a journey of elegant, deconstructed desserts. Old classics like the Black Forest Gateau and the Lemon Meringue Pie will be transformed by head pastry chef Adam Tippins, presented in a creative and innovative way to delight the senses.

Dessert Degustation sessions are held on Wednesday 10 August, at 6pm and 8.30pm.
