On Thursday 10th February, venues across Canberra served up their finest for a string of guests at Courses for a Cause 2011.

Hosted by OutInCanberra and The Mark Agency, the event raised cruicial funds for the recent floods in Queensland and Victoria.

The evening started with dinner, with guests scattered across town at some of Canberra’s top venues.

Seated at tables set to perfection with flower-filled gumboots as centrepiece, guests were served a delicious array of courses, washed down with Kamberra Wines and Chandon Champagne.

Diners sat back and relaxed while the venues pandered to their every need.

After filling up on food and wine, a stretch hummer and party van complete with lights, couches and music, arrived to whisk guests off to the after party.

Arriving at Tongue & Groove, guests were ushered in through the VIP entrance where they strolled the sandbag-lined red carpet.

Drinks in hand, guests from all of the venues met up and traded stories of what had been a memorable meal.
