We Are Found style stalker caught up with Jeremy, a local architecture student with a big heart.
Jeremy describes his style as ‘urban casual, slightly short of hipster’.
His favourite place to shop is a Melbourne men’s tailoring store, V&J Menswear.
“I like to suit up when I can. Otherwise, I try to shop from ethical retailers locally and online!” said Jeremy.
Now, it’s hard not to notice Jeremy’s long beard and hair – there’s a story behind this.
“I started growing my hair and beard towards the end of 2014 with the intention of chopping it all off for charity. After four years I decided this year was the time to do it,” said Jeremy.
“I teamed up with Jenni and Jules Tarrant of Bond Hair Religion, and we set a target of raising $1,500 for the World’s Greatest shave. We had four days to achieve this.”
“Jules, a single mother of two teenagers, was recently diagnosed with a form of blood cancer, so this is a cause that is near to her (and my) heart. The team at Bond Hair and myself wanted to do what we can to help all those who have been affected by cancer,” says Jeremy.
His luscious locks were donated and beard was shaved off last Friday. Jeremy and the team raised over $5,000 dollars and are still counting!
