Rose Cottage
[1 right]If you are on the hunt for the perfect place that suits every season all year round with indoor and outdoor settings for any type of event or celebration, look no further than Rose Cottage. The old homestead – which has been recreated and modernised over the last three years since it was bought by proud and passionate owners Mark Maszaro & Ray Aldridge – is set on a large property just off the Monaro Highway on the south-side of Canberra. The cottage is surrounded by bushland, which provides the ambience of a home-away-from-home with no shortage of seating areas and function spaces both inside and out. Open fireplaces, fire pits and drums burn through the Winter to keep the whole place toasty and warm. During the Summer the large decks and umbrellas provide shade and a cool place to relax with friends and family.
