Canberra is in for a treat this week, with cult-favourite cookies ButterBoy making its debut in the capital. For two days only, the cookies taking over your feed lately will be popping up at Redbrick Coffee in Fyshwick on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 August.
After selling out in Sydney day after day, and drawing crowds at their Melbourne Central pop-up, ButterBoy is ready to bring its gooey cookies to our home town. Known for its chunky classics, limited-edition flavours and TikTok-famous creations, the brand has built a devoted following since founder James Sideris launched it in Manly back in 2019.
For the Canberra takeover, ButterBoy is keeping things sweet and exclusive. The menu will feature best-selling favourites alongside limited-edition specials, including a Redbrick x ButterBoy coffee-infused cookie and the much-loved Iced Cookie Milk Latte. Plus, for the die-hard cookie lovers and fans, there’ll be a chance to snag some limited ButterBoy merch.
Doors open at 8am each day and will run until 3pm – unless sold out (which will be fast). Pair your cookie with Redbrick’s perfectly roasted coffee and you’ve got the ultimate weekend treat lined up.
