A vibrant kitchen filled with fresh black truffles from Bungendore, and a symphony of glassware in anticipation of a new release Riesling Rose from Murrumbateman, The Hyatt Hotel Canberra is delighted to be collaborating with Damian Robinson of Turalla Truffles and Ken Helm of Helm Wines to create a bespoke dining experience celebrating some of the finest produce the region has to offer. The menu features a modern twist by Chef Shaji on a signature dish from Damian, a new culinary hero for the Canberra District. Ken Helm has paired some of his recent releases, whilst also reaching into the depths of his cellar for some award winning drops. This evening promises to be one of opulence, expertise and indulgence not to be missed by gastronomic aficionados.
