A vibrant kitchen filled with fresh black truffles from Bungendore, and a symphony of glassware in anticipation of a new release Riesling Rose from Murrumbateman, The Hyatt Hotel Canberra is delighted to be collaborating with Damian Robinson of Turalla Truffles and Ken Helm of Helm Wines to create a bespoke dining experience celebrating some of the finest produce the region has to offer. The menu features a modern twist by Chef Shaji on a signature dish from Damian, a new culinary hero for the Canberra District. Ken Helm has paired some of his recent releases, whilst also reaching into the depths of his cellar for some award winning drops.
