Old and New – Heritage Building Opening at NewActon

Fires tore through Parlour, Flint and Bicicletta in 2011. Since then, Canberrans have mourned the loss of the heart of NewActon. However, after a couple of years of careful reconstruction the final pieces of the precinct are falling in to place. The recent opening of A. Baker showed the process was almost complete and, now with Parlour re-opening its doors with a fresh (though familiar) look, the historic building is filled with edgy new places to meet and dine.
