Xchange on London is the start of a new dining area for Canberra’s business district.

What ever your schedule, whatever your needs, Xchange makes it easy for you to enjoy a latte in between meetings, a team meeting for morning tea, or lavish business lunch.

Xchange adds an abundance of space, natural light and capacity to the new precinct and was developed in sympathy with the architectural themes, scale and materials of the NICTA building.

From edgy Italian light fittings to the Xchange logo poised on every coffee cup, Xchange’s aesthetics will please those with an eye for quality. Open windows and white walls create feelings of space and light, while extensive use of timber combined with plush white leathers provide a contemporary feel.

The kitchen is driven by the practical influences of Head Chef Matt Henry, whose career has seen him dominate the local industry for more than 12 years. The functionality of the menu is based around the notion that you can still enjoy a gourmet meal, regardless of your schedule or time constraints.

The vast blackboard menu is the dominant feature at Xchange, featuring food that is fresh, unpretentious, broad-ranging and affordable.

Xchange also offers a takeaway menu, including freshly prepared gourmet paninis, salads and cakes that are available all day.
