Presented by Palace Cinemas, the Lavazza Italian Film Festival will be heading to Canberra between 12 September and 8 October with a lineup of over 20 films from the Mediterranean region.
The exciting program opens with Francesco Amato’s Let Yourself Go! Winner of the 2017 Italian Golden Globe for Best Comedy.
The film stars the phenomenal Toni Servillo as an uptight psychoanalyst whose life is upended when he becomes involved with an effervescent personal trainer, well-versed in matters of the body, but less of the mind.
The festival will also feature special screenings of Edoardo De Angelis’ Indivisible (pictured) and Edoardo Maria Falcone returns with It’s All About Karma, a brilliant comedy starring two of Italy’s finest talents – Fabio De Luigi (A Woman as a Friend LIFF15) and Elio Germano (Leopardi LIFF15).
