The management and staff of the Canberra Tradesman’s Union Club and Quality Hotel Dickson will ensure they are able to meet all of your function and catering requirements. They will adapt their facilities and menus to suit your needs, from the smallest group of five to a cocktail party for a hundred guests.

Morning and afternoon tea’s range from light and healthy for a work break through to the ultimate decadence of cakes and slices to complement and encourage social interaction and networking. Luncheons can be served while you work through, or can be served in the sunny atrium during a break. Alternatively go to the Canberra Tradesman’s Union Club for lunch and experience their renown schnitzels in the Bistro.

Each individual function room has the ability to open out into one large space, with each room having main doors that can slide back further to allow greater access to the atrium, creating a larger space for specific entertaining. The Malvern Star and Speedwell rooms have individual air conditioning / heating controls, and the atrium area has large gas heaters which can be lit on cooler nights for ambience and heating.

The function tables are a modern rectangular design with comfortable chairs, which allows for a wider variety of seating arrangements. The dedicated conference coordinator and professional staff can organise all the details of your function equipment, audiovisual hire, catering, and special conference day packages. The well equipped and modern function facilities also feature wireless ADSL internet access, and car parking is never a problem with complimentary parking for conference delegates.
