With over 60 years experience accumulated between the chefs/ owners, both have worked in some of the worlds most renowned establishments. The chef/ proprietors David and Robert extend their personal invitation for you to dine in their restaurant and sample their accumulated talents.

The Haig Italian Restaurant also offers a breakfast buffet served in the Atrium on the first floor of The Capital Executive Apartment Hotel from 7.00am with a choice of either a continental style or a full style buffet breakfast.

The Haig has taken home a prestigious AHA Award for Excellence every year since 2001, with the newest addition to the trophy cabinet being the 2007 AHA Award for Best Cookery Employee (Robert Oliver).

In conjunction with The Capital Executive Apartment Hotel the restaurant offers the Cuddle 'n' Bubble Package Champagne & chocolates on arrival, fully cooked buffet breakfast for two, accommodation in a luxury "One Bedroom Spa" Suite, three course a la carte dinner for two (select anything from the menu), in the "Award Winning Haig Italian Restaurant" and late check-out of 12 noon. All this for $275.00 per couple/per night.
