Soju Girl

When 2617 Group boss and founding member of Four Chefs, Andrew Hollands, was given an opportunity to take prime real estate on the frontier of the City's Western Precinct, he jumped at the chance.

Recruiting chef Derek Brown, whose resume reads like a dream holiday itinerary from five star resorts and venues spanning the globe, Andrew then invited Grant Macara back from Melbourne to take part in the creative process.

It was thus that Soju Girl was born. An experience like no other, the modern re-invention of the pub concept has a dining room, lounge and bistro facilities as well as a soon to be unveiled gallery space.

The extraordinary menu of modern Asian food offers sharing plates such as Tuna Futomaki, Yellow Curry Duck and Tiradito of King Fish. Showcasing an extensive boutique wine list including speciality regional wines, also enjoy the Soju Girl signature series of cocktails, and Australian and imported beers on tap, all at exceptional value for money.

Catering for cocktail and canapé groups in excess of 300 or sit down dining for up to 50, and conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue in the historic Melbourne Building, Soju Girl is the ideal venue to celebrate, whatever the occasion.
