Taste and Test allows you to taste, test and critique the cutting-edge cuisine prepared by Sage’s amazing chefs. Taste and Test is accompanied with a surreal anticipating experience with no menu to read – the possibilities are unlimited. Sit down, relax and kick your feet up while the chefs cook up a personal and unique five-course dining experience, with the option of matched wines.
But what’s more, the outstanding wait-staff will serve and explain the dishes table side giving you the true VIP experience.
