Redsalt uses only prime Australian beef such as Wagyu Beef and Grainge Beef. Wagyu Beef and Grainge Beef are popular brands of meat where the cattle are grain fed for at least 100 days and are raised free of artificial growth agents or stimulants to optimize flavour and tenderness providing a better quality cut.
The seafood buffet served on Friday and Saturday nights is a Canberra dining experience within itself. The Head chef works closely with local suppliers to serve you succulent seafood, freshly grown produce and premium desserts.
