1.30pm – After all that pampering it’s time to check in for the night! 7.30pm – As soon as you’re dressed to the nine, your reservation awaits at Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar. While there are a number of delicious options available on the menu at this award-winning French restaurant, an absolute must-try is the Whole Cowra Lamb Shoulder Périgourdine. Dig into the beast as you sip on a delicious glass of red from the extensive wine list that last year was awarded two goblets by Gourmet Traveler.
