Rock ‘n’ Roll can’t be held back, not even by the freezing Canberra winter! So, with that in mind, it’s time to get your gig hit-list together for the month. To get you started we have put together a guide of some of our favourite June performances.

Sarah Blasko ‘The Soloist Tour’ at Canberra Theatre Centre

For the first time in her career, Sarah Blasko is hitting the stage without a band for her The Soloist Tour, with supporting act Cameron Avery.

Bliss N Eso ‘Off The Grid Tour’ at ANU Bar

8pm Thursday 15 June

Bliss N Eso is hitting the Canberra stage to celebrate the release of their sixth album Off The Grid. Fans can expect all the hits from the new release, as well as some classic party starters to keep the Bliss N Eso vibes going into the wee hours of the morning.

Horrorshow at ANU Bar

7pm Friday 16 June

Sydney hip-hop duo Horrorshow is hitting up ANU Bar this month after a string of sold out shows and four studio albums. The duo will delight fans with a set of both solo and audio hits throughout the show.

Beth Orton at The Playhouse

8pm Friday 16 June

British singer-songwriter Belle Orton is set to perform a live, intimate show at The Playhouse this month. Orton will perform with a full band in Australia for the first time in a number of years, delighting Canberrans with all of their favourites from throughout her career.

ANU Bar Finale

1pm Saturday 17 June

After 60 years, thousands of gigs and tens of thousands of acts, ANU Bar is being brought to an end. To celebrate one of Canberra’s best gigging spots 10 bands have come together for one massive gig to wave goodbye.

The line-up will include Tonk, Citizen Kay, Casual Projects, Liquid, Super Best Friends, Mondecreen, Penguin, Jack Biilmann & The Bronze Whalers and finally Kirklandd. This is one not to be missed!
