Ox Scotch Fillet

The Ox Scotch Fillet is a portion of 350g and is 60-day dry aged. Normally, this meat cut is exported to Japan only, but with Locanda’s connection to an organic farm supplier, they have exclusively secured it for Locanda. The meat is marbling which is similar to a Wagyu cut, but with a slightly gamey flavour. Locanda suggest having it served medium rare char grilled, with a balsamic glaze. It is served sliced with sea salt flakes and extra virgin oil on top. Locanda also recommend enjoying it with a Shiraz Caffe or Chilli Macchiato sauce.
