The Truffle Festival- Canberra Region is the ultimate foodie festival. Each year from the Winter Solstice in June to the end of August individual events are held across the region highlighting the rare Black Winter Truffle. Participating venues offer a range opportunities to taste and experience the magic of these highly prized gems.
