Start the uni year with an unforgettable O-Week finale this Friday night. The party on the Fellows Oval at ANU features an incredible line-up, two stages, some crazy art installations and a groovy little beer garden. If this hasn’t convinced you yet, take a look at the line-up:

Ball Park Music

You might know the indie rock/pop band from their songs She Only Loves Me When I’m There and It’s Nice To Be Alive. Last year was a big year for the five-piece band, landing gigs like Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival as well as their own national tour.

The Preatures

If you’re a lover of the Canberra music scene, you may have seen these guys play tunes like Is This How You Feel? at Groovin’ The Moo a couple of years back. The Sydney indie band will be popping into Canberra on Friday before heading off to play around Australia.

Tkay Maidza

Not long after touring with Falls Festival, Aussie singer and rapper landed herself a spot in the Triple J hottest 100 for her song Simulation. She’s about to kick off a national tour before heading to the US to perform at the Governor’s Ball music festival in New York.

Set Mo

The electronic musical duo came together over a shared love of deep house, sexy disco and grooving techno. ANU is the fourth stop of their Never Ending Summer Tour around Australia as they continue to make people dance all over the country.

And as if this line-up isn’t crazy enough for an O-Week party, Habits, Jennifer Loveless, Genesis Owusu, Kimchi Princi, Rimbombo, Moaning Lisa, Playful Sound and California Girls will also be playing.

Come have a dance on the Fellows Oval and then head to the official after-party at Academy before 12am for free entry with your wristband!
