Patrick White's Glasses exhibition

by OutInCanberra 26 September 2012

Check out the Patrick White’s Glasses exhibition at Treasures Gallery at the National Library of Australia.

Come face-to-face with some of the Library’s greatest treasures and Australia’s greatest stories.

From James Cook’s Endeavour journal to William Bligh’s list of mutineers, from Patrick White’s glasses to an original manuscript for Waltzing Matilda, all the items in the Treasures Gallery are remarkable.

Drawn from the Library’s wide collection, many of the treasures in the exhibition have never been on show before.
