Mumford & Sons @ Royal Theatre
by OutInCanberra 23 October 2012
This is guaranteed to be one of the biggest events in Canberra this year.
On Friday, 26 October, Mumford & Sons will be performing their sold out show at the Royal Theatre Canberra. Supporting them will be American band Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, along with singer-songwriter Willy Mason whose sound combines folk's soft and loose delivery with insightful narrative.
Mumford & Sons has received global recognition for their album ‘Sigh No More’ since 2009. They won a Brit and ARIA award, and topped the Triple J Hottest 100 with ‘Little Lion Man’. Now their sophomore album, ‘Babel’, which was released in September, has lived up to their reputation.
