After a sell-out show at Sydney’s Lyric Theatre and due to popular demand, Craig Pesco presents Freddie Mercury – Let Me Entertain You at Canberra Southern Cross Club on Saturday, 25th June 2011.
Craig Pesco is widely regarded and respected around the world for keeping the spirit and music of Freddie Mercury & Queen alive over the last decade.
Since 2001 he has toured the world, performing in full concert production mode to sold out audiences in over 13 countries and in some of the world’s most prestigious and iconic venues.
Pesco’s portrayal of Freddie Mercury was also witnessed by over 47,000 people in Hamburg, Germany at the 2006 World Cup. In Australia, over a twelve month period, Pesco performed seven sold out shows at Melbourne’s Her Majesty’s Theatre, as well as many other sold out theatre shows across the country.
Since 2003 Craig has appeared as Freddie Mercury. Peter Freestone, PA and best friend to Mercury who was by his side when he passed away on November 24, 1991, told The Age Newspaper that, “Craig is Freddie down to his fingertips.”
